During this period, we achieved significant results, and my role as a Product Designer evolved to meet the business needs while continually providing a better experience for the user.
In 2021, I was invited to join the founding team of Azos, with the responsibility of helping bring the company to life. As the only designer on the team, I worked in a 360° capacity, ensuring a complete and cohesive experience at every stage of the process, from the initial conception to the final product delivery.
Still in 2021, Azos was recognized with an award for becoming a reference in user experience. As a Product Designer, my role was to ensure that both business and user needs were aligned, creating solutions that not only met the company’s objectives but also provided an intuitive and valuable experience for the end user.
By collaborating with the technology and strategy teams, I always sought to simplify processes and ensure an intuitive digital experience, aligned with Azos' vision.
At the end of 2022, I was invited to be the lead designer for a new vertical focused on large brokers and investment platforms. In just a few months, this product became a market reference in the insurance industry, attracting more clients to Azos. My role was to ensure that the user experience was intuitive and aligned with the needs of this new audience, helping to solidify Azos as an innovative and competitive brand in the sector.
In 2023, Azos tripled its revenue, driven by the new focus on investment advisory services. The product I began developing in 2022 became the company’s main revenue stream, accounting for nearly 70% of Azos' total revenue.
Now, working collaboratively with a talented team of designers and researchers, we ensure that the user experience is a key pillar in establishing Azos as a reference in the life insurance market.
